Oliver Harrington has devoted his life to immortalising the tribes of the world and their unique lifestyles. Born in London, he spent his childhood surrounded by a collection of books dedicated to travel and photography, awakening from his earliest age a fascination for ancestral cultures and native peoples. At a young age, armed with a photography diploma, he embarked on a daring quest across the continents, to discover some of the most isolated and little-known communities on our planet. For years he shared their daily life, immersing himself with respect and humility among their traditions, customs, and lifestyles. This proximity earned him the trust of some of the communities he was photographing, thus enabling him to capture moments of rare intensity. Today, Harrington continues to globetrot, camera in hand, in search of new stories to tell. His exceptional work attests to the world’s rich cultural diversity and the importance of preserving it for future generations.
