Lambert Grand

Born in Paris, Lambert Grand started Film Studies in London and completed them in Los Angeles. A graduate of UCLA, he worked for several years as a gaffer and DOP on short films and music videos in Los Angeles before returning to Paris in 2020. Now a cinematographer in the advertising field, he has never stopped taking photos. Inspired by filmmakers Terrence Malick and Jim Jarmusch, as well as science-fiction authors like Ray Bradbury, Lambert captures his images while listening to Bob Dylan. His favourite technique? Infrared photography, for revealing hidden truths. His goal? “To capture a form of truth through images that I control, in a world that I do not control, sharing my point of view and hoping that it resonates for some, because art is about sharing.”
